The involvement of people with lived experience of mental health conditions has a huge impact both for our organisation, and for the people that use our services. For us, it helps us to improve and ensure we’re always offering the best support to people who use our services. For service users, it helps to build skills, improve self-esteem and improve satisfaction with services.
