If you need access to our support and services at Oxfordshire Mind, the first step is to set up an options session with one of our Wellbeing Service workers.

Option sessions help us to understand your mental health and wellbeing needs, and find you the right kind of support.

Please noteWe are not a clinical service and aren’t able to help people to actively manage their medication or to offer advice on diagnosis. We don’t provide counselling [but we can give you some information on some local counselling providers if required]

What the session is

The session is a 30 min appointment by phone or in person if unable to do this over the phone.

The session allows you time to speak to a wellbeing worker to find out what support might be best for you.

Information will be provide by email or letter about Oxfordshire Mind services and other local/ national organisations who might be able to help.

You then get a Wellbeing Check-in a short time later [approx. 8 weeks] to see how you got on and whether we can make further suggestions.

Please note – this is a self-referral form. This must be completed by the person seeking help. This is not a form for professional referrals.
