On the 3rd of December the Oxfordshire Mind Peer Support team and Asian Women’s Peer Support Group attended #PeerFest19, hosted by West Bromwich Albion Football Club.
The team really enjoyed hearing about all the different Peer Support Groups nominated for #MHMarshAwards, including the Oxfordshire Mind Asian Women’s Group!
Throughout the day the team took part in workshops on Maternal Mental Health Peer Support Principles, working with socially disadvantaged communities, mindfulness and t’ai ch’i.
