A two-part session covering:

Part One

*The Mental Health Continuum

* Signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression
* The signs that we might see at work (remotely or in person)

* Support: what is our role?

10-minute break followed by:

Part Two

Build confidence in knowing how to support your team’s mental health:

* The Support Cycle and how to raise a concern

* Learn practical tools to support, including the Wellness Action Plan (WAP)
* Opportunities to interact with and adapt the WAP

* The Stress and Support Tool

* Share advice and tips with colleagues
