#TimeToTalk about Mental Health

Conversations save lives. Oxfordshire Mind supports this year’s national Time to Talk Day, run by Time to Change on 7th February 2019. Time to Talk Day encourages everyone around the nation to break the silence about mental health; challenging stigma, building relationships and supporting recovery.

One in four people will experience a mental health problem, yet people can still hesitate to open up about mental health. Since Time to Talk launched five years ago, it has inspired millions of conversations in workplaces, in families, in the media, at home, in schools, between friends and online

What can you do to spark conversation this Time to Talk Day?

From coffee mornings to posters, to pub quizzes, blogs and workplace emails, Time to Change has a whole range of ideas to get people talking about mental health.

Make #TimeToTalk about Mental Health this 7th February.
