What we do

Online Peer Support Group (16-25)

This service is provided with the support of the locality team, the group is a place where young people can use their own experiences to help each other and enjoy a socially accepting environment. To find out more information or to join the group, please contact the information line.

Virtual Big Umbrella (11-16) (funding required)

This is a 1:1 service to support young people with 30min phone call or video call, providing mental health and wellbeing resources, helping to address any difficulties they are facing.

Mental Wealth Academy (16-25)

The free 1:1 service information can be found via the self referral page.

Beginners Boxing & Wellbeing (9-18) (funding required)

This 4-week project can be delivered in primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, and community settings. The project combines mental health & wellbeing workshops, alongside a physical activity session of boxing.

Workshops (9-25y / parents & staff) (funding required)

Oxfordshire Mind has a wide range of mental health & wellbeing topics that can be delivered both in person and virtually. These workshops can be aimed at certain age groups of young people, to parents/guardians and staff or organisations working with young people. Bespoke workshops can be discussed by contact the CYP team.
