Sporting Event Declaration

By agreeing to our declaration you:

• Acknowledge that you are taking up this place in the Oxford Half Marathon 2022 (OHM 22) at your own risk and Oxfordshire Mind (OxMind) shall not be liable in any way for any damage, harm or loss that might occur from my taking part in this event.
• Agree to follow the guidelines set out in OxMind’s fundraising pack in relation to branding, lotteries, raffles, insurance and fundraising law. The fundraising pack can be found here.
• Agree to raise at least £200 for OxMind from taking part in OHM 22. You will endeavour to obtain and pay to Oxfordshire Mind all monies raised within 1 month of OHM 22.
• Agree to let OxMind know as soon as possible in the event of injury or other unforeseen circumstance where you can no-longer take part in the run. If this date is after the 1st September 2022, you agree to pay OxMind £43 to cover the costs of the charity place, and the fees associated with this (this is in addition to the £15 registration fee).
• Agree to Oxfordshire Mind’s Privacy Statement.

By agreeing to our declaration you:

• Acknowledge that you are taking up this place in the Blenheim 7k 2022 (B7k 22) at your own risk and Oxfordshire Mind (OxMind) shall not be liable in any way for any damage, harm or loss that might occur from my taking part in this event.
• Agree to follow the guidelines set out in OxMind’s fundraising pack in relation to branding, lotteries, raffles, insurance and fundraising law. The fundraising pack can be found here .
• Agree to raise at least £200 for OxMind from taking part in B7k 22. You will endeavour to obtain and pay to Oxfordshire Mind all monies raised within 1 month of B7k 22 .
• Agree to let OxMind know as soon as possible in the event of injury or other unforeseen circumstance where you can no-longer take part in the run. If this date is after the 1st April 2022, you agree to pay OxMind £20 to cover the costs of the charity place, and the fees associated with this (this is in addition to the £10 registration fee).
• Agree to Oxfordshire Mind’s Privacy Statement.

• Acknowledge that you are taking up this place in the Bike Oxford 2022 (BO 22) at your own risk and Oxfordshire Mind (OxMind) shall not be liable in any way for any damage, harm or loss that might occur from my taking part in this event.
• Agree to follow the guidelines set out in OxMind’s fundraising pack in relation to branding, lotteries, raffles, insurance and fundraising law. The fundraising pack can be found here.
• Agree to raise at least £100 for OxMind from taking part in BO 22. You will endeavour to obtain and pay to Oxfordshire Mind all monies raised within 1 month of BO 22 .
• Agree to let OxMind know as soon as possible in the event of injury or other unforeseen circumstance where you can no-longer take part in the run. If this date is after the 1st June 2022, you agree to pay OxMind £37 to cover the costs of the charity place, and the fees associated with this (this is in addition to the £5 registration fee).
• Agree to Oxfordshire Mind’s Privacy Statement.
