RUCKLE Theatre is a female-led theatre company founded by two 2020 Drama School graduates, Emilie Largier and Libby Symons. They are moving into the next phase of their production, The Fall, an immersive and interactive production which explores the impact of stress in the workplace on mental health. Following research with health professionals and other workers, the founders chose to focus on burnout due to its prominence:

“Over 11 million working days are lost each year because of work-related stress, and stress can contribute to conditions such as anxiety or depression. And nearly half a million people in the UK have work-related stress at a level that makes them feel ill.”

– Dr Adrian Raby, General Practitioner.

RUCKLE Theatre are currently raising funds for the next phase of The Fall to help them develop the concept further. They have set up a crowd-funding page to gain support for their project.

RUCKLE Theatre have pledged to donate 10% to Oxfordshire Mind if they meet or exceed their goal of £3,000.
