Here at Oxfordshire Mind we know that stress is a normal, often unavoidable, part of life, but when it becomes unmanageable it can begin to affect your mental health.
These quick tips can help you improve your ability to cope with stress in your everyday life.
We are here for people experiencing, stressed or worried about their mental health as well as families, carers, friends and professionals. You can ask us a specific question about mental health or mental health services or tell us about your situation and we will suggest some options for getting you help and support.
We can’t give medical advice or make a diagnosis, but are able to point you in the direction of someone who can.
