Oxfordshire Mind is a registered charity providing a wide range of services. These include an Information service, option sessions, Peer support, Education and coping skills courses, Benefits advice, Talking therapies and transitional housing recovery services.

We do not sell or share personal details about our supporters with third parties for the purposes of their own marketing.
How do we use financial information?
If you are making a donation or payment with a Debit or Credit card via the Oxfordshire Mind website, please be assured that we take security very seriously. With this in mind, rather than process our own donations or payments we use TYL for our online shop transactions. You can read more about them please visit TYL’s website.
What are log files?
Another type of information that we collect is standard log files on our web server. Log files are not personal data but are types of information that help us to assess usage and usability of our website. This information may include the IP address of your computer but please be assured that we will not try to trace your email address.

When you give Oxfordshire Mind information about yourself, we take every means to ensure that it is securely processed and stored. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we do our utmost to protect your personal information, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you therefore do so at your own risk. Once we receive your email or message, we do our best to ensure that it is securely stored.
