Oxfordshire Mind runner Richard Goodlad smashed the 2023 London Marathon this week end, finishing with an impressive time of 4 hours 12 minutes. On finishing Richard said: “It’s such a challenge but what an event to be part of. Glad to have helped in raising some money”.
