Oxford’s biggest comedy night of the year is back, it’s the Oxfordshire Mind Comedy Gala!
Join Jericho Comedy and Oxfordshire Mind at The Oxford Playhouse on 15th January 2022.
Line-up includes, Rosie Jones, Angela Barnes, Esther Manito and Jamie D’souza.
Presented by Jericho Comedy and raising money for the vital support Oxfordshire Mind offers those with mental health problems, don’t miss this hilarious event of belly laughing comedy!
All proceeds from the show go to supporting local mental health, and to date Jericho Comedy have raised nearly £80,000 for Oxfordshire Mind! So grab yourselves a ticket to raise even more to support this great cause.

Rosie Jones
Rosie Jones is one of the hottest rising stars in comedy, her delightful cheekiness and northern charm make her a delight to watch.
After joining our digital lockdown gala last year we’re so overjoyed to welcome Rosie back in person live at the Playhouse. She’s nothing short of an absolute pleasure to work with and watch on stage.

Angela Barnes
Angela Barnes is one of best comedians working in the UK today, she is a mainstay of some of the biggest comedy TV shows, Live at the Apollo, a regular on Mock the Week as well as a host of BBC Radio 4 Extra’s Newsjack.
Before being a comedian she was a mental health professional and her frank openness about mental health make her perfect for our Oxfordshire Mind Comedy Gala.

Jamie D’souza
Having started performing comedy in the summer of 2016, Jamie has quickly established himself as a rising star on the comedy circuit.
He has reached the finals of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? and The Musical Comedy Awards, as well as being shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Award. Jamie was also the runner up at Hastings Fringe New Comedian Of The Year.
Jamie’s stand up has been described as a mix of short stories and one liners, delivered with an instant likability and an understated confidence

Jericho Comedy is Oxford’s independent comedy club, regularly hosting big names from TV and across the comedy circuit.
Winners of the 2019 & 2020 Chortle Comedy Industry Award for being the best comedy night in the region, as recommended by the Sunday Times, as heard on BBC Radio 4.
During the pandemic they’ve performed more drive in comedy shows than any other comedy club in England as well as performing on boats floating on the river Cherwell.
