Oxfordshire Mind Activity Afternoon

On Sunday the 4th September, 12:00-4:00pm, Oxfordshire Mind are hosting a packed activity afternoon at Barracks Lane Community Garden, Barracks Lane, off Cumberland Road, Oxford OX4 2AP.

Oxfordshire Mind CEO, Dan Knowles, says: “In partnership with Barracks Lane Community Garden, we are hosting a free wellbeing afternoon. Join us on the 4th September, we will be hosting interactive workshops for all ages, and free refreshments will be provided!

At the event, Oxfordshire Mind will also be providing free mental health support and signposting. We are here for people experiencing or worried about their mental health as well as families, carers, friends and professionals.”

Workshops at the event will include:

Art Workshops

Visitors will have an opportunity to create their own designs and patterns of Autumn leaves and colours using coloured pencils, highlighters as well as oil pastels and acrylic paints. The activity will provide a space to explore and share our experience of the changing season
