Supply of training
Please note that any training about mental health will include topics that some participants may find difficult, sensitive or emotional. At the start of each course your trainer will set a group agreement which includes guidance about what to do in such circumstances. We are committed to delivering training with sensitivity and care. Please do consider this when booking and contact us beforehand if you have any questions. We expect each participant to take responsibility for their wellbeing and to consider how to obtain support should they need it. We also expect each company/organisation to take responsibility for the wellbeing of its employees and to obtain support if needed. Oxfordshire Mind’s information Service are here to advise on this.

Payment
Payment is required no later than 28 calendar days before the course start date. Special arrangements may be separately agreed in the case of late bookings. Oxfordshire Mind reserves the right to charge the full fee for:
- Any cancellations made within 14 calendar daysof the course start date
- Non-attendance
- Non-completion
Cancellations
Cancellations must be sent in writing by email to Oxfordshire Mind at trainingenquiries@oxfordshiremind.org.uk and are only valid once receipt has been confirmed.
Oxfordshire Mind reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient delegate numbers. In the unlikely event of cancellation by Oxfordshire Mind, a full refund will be made unless the booking transfers to an alternative date.

At Oxfordshire Mind we are committed to ensuring your privacy whether online or through other means of communicating with the charity. We promise to respect any personal data you share with us and keep it safe. Oxfordshire Mind is a registered charity providing a wide range of services. These include an Information service, option sessions, Peer support, Education and coping skills courses, Benefits advice, Talking therapies and transitional housing recovery services.

As an organisation Oxfordshire Mind is registered with the Information Commissioner in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you. For example, it can include information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number.
If you support us by making a donation, we will usually collect:

Where it is appropriate we may ask for:

- Process your donation or support your fundraising activity

Do we sell or share personal details?
We do not sell or share personal details about our supporters with third parties for the purposes of their own marketing.
Your information may be shared with us by independent event organisers, for example fundraising sites like Just Giving or Virgin Money Giving. These independent third parties will only do so when you have indicated that you wish to support Oxfordshire Mind, and with your consent. You should check their Privacy Policy when you provide your information to them, to understand fully how they will process your data.
How do we use financial information?
If you are making a donation or payment with a Debit or Credit card via the Oxfordshire Mind website, please be assured that we take security very seriously. With this in mind, rather than process our own donations or payments we use World Pay for our online shop transactions. You can read more about them please visit WorldPay’s website.
What are log files?
Another type of information that we collect is standard log files on our web server. Log files are not personal data but are types of information that help us to assess usage and usability of our website. This information may include the IP address of your computer but please be assured that we will not try to trace your email address.
What are cookies?
The Oxfordshire Mind website uses cookies for website visitor analytical purposes, we do not store any personal information about visitors to the website.

It is very important to Oxfordshire Mind that we get your details right. Can I see the information that you have about me?

What security precautions do you have in place to ensure that my data is not altered or misused in any way?
When you give Oxfordshire Mind information about yourself, we take every means to ensure that it is securely processed and stored. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we do our utmost to protect your personal information, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you therefore do so at your own risk.
