National Mind have launched a survey to find out about how money worries impact our mental health. We want to hear from you.
Money and mental health are often linked. If you have poor mental health it can make managing money harder and worrying about money can make your mental health worse. It can start to feel like a vicious cycle. Plus, we know that the impact of coronavirus is causing financial worries for many people.
Mind are developing a new programme, funded by Barclays COVID-19 Community Aid Package, to improve our information and support to help people facing money worries. We want to hear from a range of people to understand experience of money worries and how this has impacted on your mental health, particularly during the pandemic.
