Spending time outdoors is known to be good for your wellbeing. Even seeing images of the natural world can send positive signals to your brain.
Walking around the same route every day can lose its appeal after a while, so here are some other ways you can get outside and enjoy your surrounds:
⭐ Socialise outside, go for picnics, hikes, bike rides.
⭐ Have a ‘green workout’ by exercising in nature.
⭐ Take an activity you enjoy outdoors – knit, draw or read.
⭐ Take a photo every day and document the changing seasons.
