Elder Stubbs Festival 2018

This month staff and volunteers from across Oxfordshire Mind attended the annual Elder Stubbs festival at Restore.

The festival is led and developed by the Elder Stubbs recovery group’s members, together they choose the theme of the Festival, and this year they opted for the Rainforest! At the festival all things environmental were celebrated with children dressing up as colourful rainforest animals, alongside a fancy dress parade, stall holders from a range of causes, and a Rainforest Café!

Oxfordshire Mind were proud to attend this festival. At the stall members of the public were invited to make traditional Pom – Poms, this gathered much interest and linked well with our 5 Ways to Wellbeing campaign, including Connect and Keep Learning.
