One of the biggest dates on our calendar this year is the 10th October for World Mental Health Day! This day is dedicated to raising awareness of mental health and encouraging everyone to talk.
With 1 in 4 people suffering from a mental health condition, it is now more important than ever to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. Anyone can be affected by mental health problems and Oxfordshire Mind is here to advise and support anyone in your community struggling, but we need your help to run our vital services.
We’ll be painting the county in our Oxfordshire Mind blue by asking clubs, schools, businesses and everyone in between to raise awareness for mental health and vital funds to help us fight for better mental health!
It’s time to get creative and decide how you’re going to get involved! Here are our top blue fundraising ideas:
Wear it Blue
Ask your friends, students, members or colleagues to wear blue for a day! Everyone who dons their finest blue donates to Oxfordshire Mind. Make it more entertaining by encouraging fancy dress!
