Complaints
All compliments, concerns and complaints are logged in the same way.
At each stage, we will advise you on what we are investigating and the outcome of that investigation.
There are four stages.
- Stage One is an informal chat
- Stage Two the matter will be looked into by a manager at Oxfordshire Mind who will carry out a full investigation
- Stage Three the matter will be looked into by a member of Oxfordshire Mind’s Senior Management team if there is a reason to believe that the Stage Two investigation was not carried out correctly
- Stage Four the matter will be reviewed by Oxfordshire Mind’s Board of Trustees if there is a reason to believe that the Stage Three investigation was not carried out correctly
