About TalkingSpace Plus

Talking therapy is a psychological treatment which has been found to be beneficial for anxiety and/or depression.

That’s why we’re working with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and Principal Medical Limited to ensure that talking therapy is available to more people experiencing  depression and/or anxiety, through the TalkingSpace Plus Partnership.

TalkingSpace Plus is part of the Improving Access To Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme. This is a national NHS initiative to make NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) approved psychological treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) more widely available to people experiencing depression and/or anxiety.
