A conference for those in statutory and third sector organisations working to support young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
About this event
Through Our Eyes
Mind in Berkshire are delighted to be hosting this informative and inspiring event for people working in statutory, voluntary and third sector organisations. Drawing on extensive research and the lived experience of young people, this one-day conference will equip you with resources and toolkits to invigorate your practice. Youth in Mind offers opportunities to learn, share and network, deepening existing connections and discovering new ways of working together.
With young people’s voices being at the heart of the conference, Youth in Mind Berkshire kicks off with a delve into the data that will give us a clearer understanding of how we can provide children and young people with the best support and guidance to keep them safe and happy. Following on from that, there will be three in focus discussions in the main hall alongside a choice of nine workshops, a wellbeing area and exhibition stands to explore.
Refreshments will be provided by Fink Street Food, a social enterprise company that donates half its profits to combatting stigma around mental health.
COVID-19 Guidance
To help keep all those attending the conference as safe as possible, if you have symptoms please take a lateral flow test. If you have Covid-19, please do not attend. If you prefer to wear a mask, please do so. Please sanitise hands regularly with the sanitisers provided. We will adhere to any relevant changes in guidance.
